This tester is used for evaluating the lubrication performance of the coating of CHQ wire.
The Bouden tester is used to evaluate the coating performance of CHQ wire from the coefficient
of friction. The test is performed by sliding an indenter over the coating while applying a
constant load.
The coefficient of friction is obtained from the following equation
F=μP F: friction force, μ: coefficient of kinetic friction,
P: load
The data is recorded on a notebook PC using the waveform data observation
software "WAVE SHOT!"
