We automatically collect wastes such as scale, dust, cutting chips, and surface cuttings in one place. As a result, the factory becomes clean and contributes to saving labor.
Feature
1）The transport route can be freely adapted to the factory layout, and can pass through machine gaps and pits.
2) The product enters from the inlet and passes through the inside of a sealed pipe, so it can be used in a clean environment with no debris on the outside.
3） Corners correspond to dry scale and are strengthened.
4) In addition to scale, dust, and chips, it is also possible to use a cutting roller.
5) The omission of the control of multiple powders can reduce the labor of workers.

Automatic string winding machine for prevention of wrinkles
By automatically threading one string after processing a peeling centerless product, it prevents the occurrence of bites and scratches on the product.
Features
Conventional cording machines require one or two people all the time because workers attach scratch-resistant plastic rings and wind one cord at a time, which also required labor costs. The ability to automate inline now improves productivity and helps to prevent scratches and reduce costs.
